Initial Thoughts

I have been looking forward to completing this module as I very much enjoyed 3D Modelling and Animation last year. However, when I found out about the two projects which I would be undertaking during this semester I became sceptical as to how well I would be able to do.

Stage 1 of the assignment looks very complex and quite different to anything I have done in 3Ds max before. I am not sure how well I will be able to do, especially within the five week time scale as there is not the possibility to experiment with the techniques before using them for the assignment. Despite this I do hope to learn a lot during these weeks which will be useful later in the year.

Stage 2, the group project on the Museum of Power, is something I am much looking forward to. This is due to being able to improve on skills I currently possess in 3Ds max while developing new ones and improving my ability to work in a team.
